Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Within 72 hours after the stroke onset, which accord with the diagnosis of ischemic stroke; 2. Less than 80 years old, whatever male or female; 3. Plain CT scan of the head was done to rule out haemorrhage; 4. MRI was done to identify the new infarction; 5. New cases or mRS between 0 and 1 after the past ischemic stroke; 6. There are definite signs of the nervous system; 7. Unconscious; 8. Informed consent has been signed before the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral hemorrhage; 2. cerebral embolism; 3. Diabetes mellitus is not the 2 type DM; 4. TIA; 5. mental sickness or dementia; 6. Those with established history of hepatic or renal disease and tumor were also excluded; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Patients were not suitable for the study thought by the investigators.
