Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PD group 1. Diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease in China (2016 edition); 2. Age and gender: 50 to 59 years old (30 males and 30 females); 60-69 years old (30 males and 30 females); 3. Early PD (Hoehn - Yahr 1-2.5 level); 4. Right hand.Abdominal breathing; 5. Patients are informed and understand the purpose of the study. 6. Signed informed consent of the patient. Control group 1. Age and gender: 50 to 59 years old (30 males and 30 females); 60-69 years old (30 males and 30 females); 2. Right hand. Abdominal breathing; 3. Patients are informed and understand the purpose of the study; 4. Signed informed consent of the patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cognitive dysfunction. Mood disorders and mental disorders. Long history of noise exposure. Smoking history in 5 years. History of rhinitis, sinusitis, recent cold or respiratory diseases. Professional voice or singing training and speech therapy. There are other neurological diseases. Have high blood pressure. Have diabetes, hyperlipidemia and other endocrine metabolic diseases. There are other laryngeal lesions.
