Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: pathologically diagnosed squamous cell carcinoma of oral cavity; Health volunteer: No systematic or malignant disease by routing examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immune therapy, or any sort of target therapy before the blood sample collection will be excluded.
