Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet one or more of the following clinical manifestations: (1) patients within 7 days of acute cerebral infarction; (2) patients within 1 month of new non-traumatic brain hemorrhage; (3) patients have white matter hyperintensity on MRI; 2. Aged 40-85 years old; 3. No MRI check contraindications, can match the sitting line of OCTA, Doppler-OCT, vision, intraocular pressure and eye axial examination; 4. Control group: hypertensive patients have no intracranial lesions confirmed by MRI; 5. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with MRI screening contraindications or can not meet the eye examination; 2. The presence of inflammatory demyelination, metabolism, poisoning, infection, cancer or other non-vascular factors caused neurological white matter lesions in patients; 3. In addition to atherosclerosis and small vascular disease, patients have other causes of cerebral infarction; 4. Merge dementia or Parkinson's disease; 5. Patients combined with severe liver/kidney/heart failure, severe infection, malignant disease, systemic lupus erythematosus or other serious medical diseases; 6. Patients with ocular diseases (such as glaucoma, AMD, etc.), or after eye surgery (such as cataract extraction, laser surgery, etc.), which affect the retinal microcirculation; 7. Patients and their families refuse.
