Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with both anti-HCV and serum HCV RNA quantitative negative, but HCV RNA positive in liver tissue.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with occult hepatitis B virus infection,non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,alcoholic liver disease,drug-induced liver disease,autoimmune liver disease,genetic metabolic liver disease; 2. Patients with other types of hepatitis virus infection and EBV, CMV, HIV infection; 3. HCV infection patients with decompensated cirrhosis,primary liver cancer; 4. Patients with severe heart,brain or kidney disease; 5. HCV infection patients who are receiving or previous received interferon or interferon combined with ribavirin antiviral treatment.
