Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of type 1 or type 2 diabetes patients, or must have documented that fasting blood glucose=7.0mmol/l or 2 hours postprandial blood glucose=11.1mmol/l; 2. After the researcher clearly explained the purpose and nature of the trial study, the patient signed the informed consent form and expressed his willingness to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. diabetic ketoacidosis, hypertonic nonketotic coma, urinary tract infection, severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction, rheumatic diseases and other systemic diseases; 2. Take the history of cimetidine and trimethoprim; 3. Patients receiving kidney transplantation; 4. In the past 5 years have any systematic malignancy history; 5. Known renal artery stenosis; 6. Any existing threat to life,expected survival is within 2 years; 7. The history or evidence of drug or alcohol abuse in the past 12 months.
