Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. a history of type 2 diabetes mellitus; 2. a carotid ultrasound scan did not show subclavian artery stenosis, and 3. willingness to participate and cooperate with examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with arrhythmia; 2. patients receiving thrombolytic therapy; 3. patients receiving arterial stent implantation or underwent lower-limb revascularization; 4. patients with limb-related disabilities; 5. patients unable to cooperate with certain tests, or 6. did not consent to participate.
