Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute herpes zoster pain patients, the clinical diagnosis is clear, the onset of treatment time is less than 7 days, without treatment, no cognitive impairment, understanding of the intervention in the experiment, agreed to participate in the experiment. 2PHN diagnostic criteria: PHN in this study is defined as rash more pain for more than 30 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Herpes without pain; spread herpes zoster; recent use of immunosuppressive drugs or hormones; other immune system diseases; serious infection; severe central nervous system complications
