Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Graves disease patients in line with the criteria of anti-thyroid drug withdrawal, aged from 18 to 60 years old, after 12-18 months of standardized anti-thyroid drug treatment,thyroid narrowing, normal TSH and TRab.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Giant thyroid(> 80g), Graves disease relapse after surgery treatment (can not observe the superior thyroid artery), previous history of RAI treatment, hyperthyroidism eye disease, pregnant women.
