Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. according to the Chinese Medical Association liver disease branch of fatty liver and alcoholic liver disease group revised in 2010, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease diagnosis and treatment guidediagnostic criteria screening. Fiberscan diagnosed as fatty liver, no alcohol history or alcohol consumption, <140g/ weeks (<70g/ weeks female); 2. Aged 18~70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. hearing and visual impairment; history of mental illness; 2. long-term sedated; 3. alcohol and drug abuse history; 4. in the past 12 months have serious bleeding history; 5. with hepatitis A, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, hepatitis and other viral hepatitis; 6. recent (within 1 months) infected; 7. patients with human immunodeficiency virus infection; 8. patients with cholestatic liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, hereditary liver diseases, drug hepatitis; 9. were now suffering from disease or tumor; 10. complicated with hepatic encephalopathy, ascites, bleeding and hepatorenal syndrome; 11. patients with other autoimmune diseases.
