20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All healthy singleton pregnant women who have antenatal examination at The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, and without gestational complications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiply pregnancy; 2. Patients has been diagnosed with diabetes mellitus before pregnant; 3. Patients who has taken medicine for a very long time; 4. Smokers and drinkers; 5. Patients with gastrointestinal of abdominal surgery history; 6. Patients who have a family history of obesity or diabetes mellitus.
