60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the axial length of 22–24 mm and greater than 26 mm; and lens nucleus was gradedin accordance with the Emery and Little standards (II–III levels)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients had other special eye disease history, such as keratoconus, suspected keratoconus, corneal scar, glaucoma, and active eye diseases; had eye trauma and operation history; had systemic diseases that affected the eyes; and had unstructured corneal surface, poor transmittance, and difficulties in autofocusing.
