20 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: pregnant woman whose gestational weeks more than 20 weeks
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant woman who is younger than 20 or older than 45; 2. gestational weeks less than 20 weeks; 3. patients with heart disease except for hypertension; 4. patients with tumor, diseases of the immune system,blood system diseases or use glucocorticoid hormone drugs, immunosuppressants with in 2 weeks; 5. patients with acute/chronic kidney disease, eGFR < 60 ml/min ? (1.73 m2) or use diuretic; 6. patients with secondary hypertension or severe hepatic insufficiency; 7. patients with a definitive diagnosis of diabetes before pregnancy; 8. patients have acute or chronic infection, surgery or be injured nearly one month; 9. patients with hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 10. patients refuse blood collection.
