Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for people with pre diabetes (Yu stage) 1) meet the pre diabetes diagnostic criteria; 2) Age 18-70 years; 3) those who had not used diabetes related drugs before; 4) Those who sign the informed consent form. 2. Inclusion criteria for healthy people 1) Age: 18-70 years old; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of healthy people, and the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine is judged as peaceful; 3) Blood glucose within normal range; 4) Those who sign the informed consent form. 3. Inclusion criteria for diabetes patients: 1) meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetes; 2) Age 18-70 years; 3) Those who sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Stress state of elevated blood glucose or secondary to elevated blood glucose; 2. Patients suffered from mental disease; 3. Taking hypoglycemic drugs; 4. Proliferative retinopathy requires laser treatment; 5. Diabetic complications, or other serious disease; 6. Acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events or myocardial infarction in last 6months; 7. Due to various reasons can not cooperate with the test; 8. Women who were in pregnancy or in lactation; 9. Blood pressure cannot be well controlled; dosage and types of antihypertensive drugs cannot remain stable.
