Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) basic FSH value<10 IU/L on the third day of menstrual cycle; (2) infertility due to male partner, oviduct or both; (3) patient has no other autoimmune disease; (4) normal superovulation, that is 3 or more follicles of which the measured values are =18 mm at the end of superovulation cycle; (5) thyroid gland function [Thyrotropin(TSH), Free Thyroxine (FT4), Free Triiodothyronine (FT3)] are in normal range, and there is no history of thyroid disease and medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and endometriosis excluded
