18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; patients with stable clinical status; 2. Patients diagnosed with CKD (stage 3) (30ml/min/1.73m2=eGFR=59ml/min/1.73m2); 3. patients with capability to read and write,Patients with informed consent form signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute kidney injury 2.Patients with hypermetabolic and hypercatabolic state such as infection, taking steroids and hyperthyroidism 3.Patients with liver dysfunction 4.Patients with acute heart failure 5.Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding 6.Patients after surgery within 2 months 7.Patients combined with malignant tumor 8.Patients with acute cardio-cerebrovascular disease 9.Patients with serum albumin less than 30g/l 10.Patients with proteinuria more than 3.5g/day 11.Patients with inability to cooperate with low protein diet
