Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: observation group: 1) the patient with traumatic injury and undergo neurosurgical Operation; 2) get the informed consent Control group: 1) the patient with clear consciousness and without high ICP or Hemodynamic disorde; 2) get the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Forehead skin injury; 2) patient with significant Hemodynamic changes; 3) patients under Cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
