Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Group 1: 1)Initial diagnosed with breast cancer by Department for Pathological Diagnosis in our hospital or initial diagnosed by other hospitals but reviewed by us; 2)The age between 18 and 75 years old. Group 2: 1)Diagnosed with breast cancer and during the period of chemotherapy(before the 6th or 8th cycle of chemotherapy); 2)The age between 18 and 75 years old; Group 3: 1)More than three months after received systematic therapy which can be proved by previous medical records; 2)The age between 18 and 75 years old;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Coexistence of other serious medical conditions, such as serious infections, organs failure, serious injury, etc.; (2) Those who are under psychotropic medication such as Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors, Tricycle Antidepressants and so on; (3) Repetitive ones in different stages of systematic therapy; (4) unconscious patients;
