40 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet all the following conditions: 1. Meet the AECOPD diagnostic criteria; 2. There is pneumonia; 3. There is respiratory failure; 4. Need for mechanical ventilation (including invasive ventilation and noninvasive ventilation); 5. Aged 40 to 85 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: One of the following conditions: chest X-ray or lung CT examination without "pneumonia" imaging basis; pneumothorax; pulmonary embolism; cardiogenic pulmonary edema; obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; severe arrhythmia or acute coronary syndrome Levophyles> 300umol/l; platelet <50×10^9; patients admitted to hospital after respiratory and cardiac arrest; hospice; patients who can not get height and weight data; refused to participate in this study or have participated in intervention study Of patients.
