Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years old and elder; 2. Systolic blood pressure >=140 and (or) diastolic >=90mmHg 2 times or more on different days without taking antihypertensive drugs. It is divided into I, II, III grade according to blood pressure levels: 140~159/90~99mmHg is defined as hypertension I. 160~179/100~109mmHg is considered to be hypertension II and 180/110mmHg or above is hypertension III; 3. After taking antihypertensive drugs with normal blood pressure; 4. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hypertension; 2. Pseudo hypertension (exclude through the home self testing blood pressure or ambulatory blood pressure); 3. Acute, severe or end stage of various chronic diseases; 4. Patients dignosed with malignant tumor in stable period; 5. Refused to sign the informed consent.
