Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 2012 to December 2014, osteosarcoma tissues and adjacent normal tissues (within 2 cm away from tumors) were obtained from 52 osteosarcoma patients underwent surgery at our Hospital. Tissue samples were immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen for further use. All osteosarcoma patients were confirmed by postoperative pathological examinations.
