Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) from 1 month to 18 years old; (2) meet the pediatric consensus conference critreia; (3) get the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) reach two or more of the SIRS criteria but confirmed without infection; (2)only clinical manifestations of infection without abnormal laboratory results or only abnormal laboratory tests without related clinical manifestations of infection; (3) younger than 1month; (4)alredy had blood purification; (5) basic genetic metabolic diseases.
