Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged 18–59 years, BMI18-25kg/m2 , and having an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status of I or II, undergoing hysteroscopy were enrolled

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of psychiatric disease, significant cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus; alcohol or drug abuse, chronic analgesic use, opioid intolerance; pregnancy or at lactation period. Patients with a history of liver disease or renal disease. Patients who had consumed drugs or foods known to inhibit or induce the expression of CYP3A enzymes 2 weeks prior to surgery were also excluded.
