18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective operation patient with ASA scale I, II, III; 2. Patients accept general anesthesia endotracheal intubation by ordinary laryngoscope; 3. Aged more than 18 years; 4. Without oral and maxilloface deformity and without history of neck surgery; 5. Patients without disturbance of consciousness, and can cooperate with doctor to be examined.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients need to change the way of anesthesia; 2. Patients or their family members ask to quit the study; 3. Patients with subglottic stenosis that has influences on endotracheal intubation; 4. The collection data of patient is uncompleted or losed.
