Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunter to participate this study;Having signed the informed consent; 2. Male hospitalized paitents with age from 20 to 60 years; 3. Meeting the alcohol dependence diagnostic criteria of DSM-IV; 4. With drinking behavior before collected in this study; 5. Understanding and following the rules of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Meeting the diagnostic criteria of others mental disorders of DSM-IV; Suffering the serious physical diseases or neurological diseases; Having be grouped in other clincial researches before 4 weeks ago.
