Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with early and late stage of chronic nephritis, obstructive nephropathy; 2. aged between 14 to 80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypertension, diabetes and other chronic diseases were excluded from this study; 2. severe smoking, drinking patients; 3. Patients with severe heart failure, infection, failure of liver function, cerebrovascular disorder.
