Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AHI = 15/h diagnosed with Polysomnography or AHI = 5/h together with (1) somnolence, fatigue, insomnia; (2) sleep arousal; (3) the observed snoring or apnea observed by others; (4) diagnosed as hypertension, cognitive disorders, affective disorders, coronary heart disease, stroke, congestive heart failure, type 2 diabetes and atrial fibrillation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Simple snoring; 2. Upper airway resistance syndrome; 3. Obesity hypoventilation syndrome; 4. Narcolepsy; 5. Restless legs syndrome and periodic leg movements during sleep.
