30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male, 30-70 years old, Han nationality, right-handed, BMI between 18-26, no other substance addiction, no neurological and mental diseases, no brain lesions and brain trauma history, no sleep dysfunction and long time with taking sedative drugs, no chronic pain and long period of taking pain medication history, liver Child grade A, bilirubin <34.2umol/L, no serious organ decompensated disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. not suitable for patients with magnetic resonance imaging; 2. the researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
