60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the dignostic criteria of severs sepsis or septic shock(2012); 2. Aged =60 years; 3. patients or his/her family members sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who received chemotherapy or immunosuppressive agents within 6 months; (2) patients with malignancies or patients who have a history of bone marrow, lung, liver, kidney, or small bowel transplantation; (3) patients with end-stage heart,hepatic or renal failure; (4) patients who had a history of autoimmune diseases; (5) pregnant patients.
