Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 years old or more; 2. fracture with operation signs; 3. clear in consciousness to score pain; 4. agreed to participate in this study and sign the informed consen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. anesthesia contraindications; 2. combined with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes; combined with other system diseases and require simultaneous surgical treatment; 3. severe coagulation dysfunction; 4. refuse surgical; 5. other anesthesia or surgical contraindications; 6. refuse to accept follow-up or can not sign informed consent.
