Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with histologically or cytologically confirmed lung cancer, Karnofsky performance status (KPS) =60, and an expected survival >6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a prior history of chest radiation; Patients with other serious illness occurred within 6 months, such as myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident.
