healthy volunteers:Phase I: The subjects were given a two - week beef - based diet for two weeks
Pase II: giving chicken based diet for two weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) young male Han students in the university will be enrolled who are aged from 18 to 30 years; 2) Those who have no smoking, alcohol abuse, gastrointestinal diseases and chronic diseases; 3) Those who have no antibiotics in the past three months;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who do not take the experiment seriously, eat foods outside the experimental requirements; 2) Those who have a habit to smoke and drink, and have a cold or fever during the experiment; 3) Those who have gastrointestinal discomfort during the experiment; 4) Those who have an sudden increase in blood pressure during the experiment.
