45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Choosing the patient with CPB in the affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical College and obtaing their informed consent; 2. Older than 40 years old; 3. NYHA II/III; 4. In the CPB process without exception; 5. Preoperative MMSE greater than 22 point.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a history of mental,neurological ,or cerebrovascular illness; 2. Having a history of severe hypertension, severe anemia, diabetes mellitus disease; 3. suffering severe lung ,liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Having a history of alcohol abuse; 5. Having a history of anticholinergic drug, hypnotic, or psychotic drug addiction; 6. A cognitive impairment before operation, with emotional disorders like anxiety and depression and a symptoms of dementia.
