Age
18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 to 70 years old; 2) Confirmed asthma diagnosis with positive result of bronchial provocation or dilation test; 3) Stable disease with no changes in disease condition or maintenance therapy in the 4 weeks preceding screening; 4) Able to provide informed written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancy or breast feeding; 2) Respiratory disease other than asthma or other system diseases such as pulmonary fibrosis, bronchiectasis, uncontrolled severe hypertension or heart disease and etc. 3) Ever received heart, lung, or thoracic surgeries; 4) Can not cooperate with the lung function test, sputum induction and laboratory tests.
