Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in accordance with the DSM-V or the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Edition (ICD-10), Mental and Behavioral Disorders; 2. Aged 18-59 years; 3. first-episode of schizophrenia; 4. Stable condition for NIRS test; 5. right handness; 6. primary school lever above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of substance abuse within 6 months prior to enrollment; 2. History of brain trauma with disturbance of consciousness, or secondary cognitive impairment after traumatic brain injury; 3. Have mental retardation, nervous system diseases or damage; 4. Obvious secondary cognitive impairment of physical illness; 5. History of antipsychotic or electrotherapy therapy.
