Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who immediately admitted to ICU after cardiopulmonary bypass surgery; 2. Adults aged =18 years; 3. Agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Operation of ascending aorta or descending aorta; 2. Infective endocarditis; 3. Use of vasoactive drugs before surgery; 4. Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; 5. Combined with hematological diseases; 6. factors affecting the accuracy of cardiac output monitoring: aortic regurgitation; atrial fibrillation; aortic balloon counterpulsation; high dose norepinephrine (ug/kg/min = 1); 7. patients died within 48h after operation.
