Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-70 years, from January 2017 to December 2017 in our hospital outpatient department of endocrinology; (2) the endocrine and metabolic disease diagnosis according to relevant clinical diagnostic criteria, such as the diagnostic criteria for diabetes using the diagnostic criteria of WHO in 1999, GAD and IAA antibodies to screening except type 1 diabetes; obesity at 2000 WHO in the Western Pacific working group to develop the diagnostic criteria of obesity; (3) according to the corresponding clinical diagnosis standard of endocrine and metabolic diseases associated with complications, such as the use of urinary albumin creatinine ratio, fundus fluorescein angiography and ultrasound diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy and diabetic angiopathy; (4) no hypertension, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction and other vascular related chronic diseases; (5) who had not been taking steroids for 3 months; (6) recently did not occur in acute diabetic complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis, no serious liver and kidney dysfunction; (7) tissue samples were collected from patients who underwent surgical treatment for chronic cholecystitis, fracture internal fixation, or liver or thyroid disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) minors; (2) pregnant and lactating women; (3) white blood cell was higher than normal value.
