Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with cirrhosis were confirmed by pathology or clinical laboratory (surface antigen positive) or imaging (CT or MRI).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with malignant lesions; (2) previous history of the nervous system and mental illness; (3) There were a large number of blood loss or blood transfusion history (> 200ml) during the first two months of enrollment; (4) Conventional head magnetic resonance imaging had abnormal signals on T1 imaging or patients with brain trauma and cerebral hemorrhage; (5) subjects with denture, intracranial metal foreign body and MR examination head movement greater than 2 mm lead to significant artifacts. Or a magnetic resonance test contraindications (can not carry insulin pumps, hearing aids, pacemakers).
