Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged 60 years and elder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Self-reported or medical doctor-diagnosed reapiratory disease such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, emphysema, pulmonary tuberculosis, pulmonary embolism, lung cancer, interstitial lung disease; 2. Persistent respiratory symptoms such as cough, sputum, breeze, dyspnea over the past 12 months, or history of upper respiratory tract infection over the past three weeks; 3. High blood pressure, heart, brain, kidney diseases or malignant diseases; 4. CT or other imaging examinations show interstitial lung disease, brochiectasis, pleural effusion, plueral or diaphragm diseases; 5. Occupational exposure to substances known to cause lung injury; 6. Now or ever smokers; 7. the quality of the data that can not meet the ATS recommendation.
