16 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged <50 years old female acne patients; 2. No obvious signs and symptoms of infection, or laboratory tests without evidence of infection; 3. No contraceptive use.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients systematically used tetracycline and other antibiotics, isotretinoin, corticosteroids and immunosuppressive agents affect systemic immune function drugs 1 months before treatment; 2. The patients exclude dermatomyositis, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases and other allergic diseases.
