Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inpatients of type 2 diebetes are selected in the department of endocrinology in Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University from 2017.01 to 2017.05. The patients are diagnosed according to diagnostic criteria of WHO in 1999, 18 years or older, stable standard treatment with antiglycemic agents, and all patients are screened for blood biochemistry and diabetic neuropathy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the patients were as follows: cervical vertebra and lumbar intervertebral discherniation, with unstable conditions (acute cerebrovascular events, acute coronary events, transaminase>2-fold higher, serum potassium>5.5mmol/L, and acute infectious diseases), use of uric-acid-lowering drugs in 1 month, acute gout attack malignant tumor, limb trauma, chronic rheumatic disease, thyroid function abnormalities, alcohol abuse, and pregnancy.
