Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged more than 65 years old male and female; 2. The patients with the femoral neck fracture performed by primary unilateral uncemented THA; 3. All patients were required to sign an informed consent prior to participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Had inflammatory joint disease, or had other diseases of the affected hip, or alternatively, Hemostatic drugs and pain relievers was contraindicated or not technically possible. Revision surgery, bilateral joint arthroplasty, active intravascular clotting disorders, and acute subarachnoid hemorrhage.
