Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged less than 50 years old, no history of acute and chronic infection and malignant tumor metastasis, no history of endocrine and systemic metabolic diseases, without taking the intervention of sugar and fat metabolism of drug history, taking abdominal subcutaneous adipose tissue of about 10 grams.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Aged more than 50 years of age, with acute and chronic infection and malignant tumor metastasis, endocrine and systemic metabolic disease history, have taken the intervention of sugar and fat metabolism of drug history
