Inclusion criteria: normal and retardation expression of pinopode proved via scanning electron microscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe hydrosalpinx, hydrohystera, advanced endometriosis (Stage III to IV), uterine adhesion,unresponsive thin endometrium
