40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese Han woman aged 40-60 years; 2. Voluntary to attend investigation; 3. Healthy four limbs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. take oral contraceptive, or hormone therapy within 6 months; 2. With history of psychiatric illness; 3. cardiovacular diseases and cerebrovascular diseases within 6 months; 4. history of a surgical operation in the last 6 months present trauma severe infections; 5. with tubercle and active malignant tumor 6. with history of myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, arrhythmia or stroke
