Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients have be diagnosed as POAG and have a significant optic disc change and visual field damage; 2. Speaks the language of the provided patient questionnaires; 3. Signed a patient authorization form to use and disclose personal data information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with ocular disease should be excluded, for example, traumatic history, ocular tremor cannot be fixed, ocular infection, optical neuropathy not result from glaucoma and other systematic disease who cannot cooperate with the inspection.
