Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. the criteria for gastric cancer: (1) aged 18 to 80 years old, no limitation in gender; (2) can endure the surgery and chemotherapy, and could survive more than 6 months; (3) undergo open operation; (4) patients have no other tumor; (5) no neoadjuvant chemotherapy before operation; (6) patients are volunteer to join in and sign the informed consent. 1.2 the criteria for normal people:1) aged 18 to 80 years old, no limitation in gender;2) No alcohol,tobacco, and other bad habits, living regularly;3)no other chronic disease, and no other acute disease recently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancy or breast-feeding women, older than 80 years old, the level of ECOG score is greater than or equal to 3; 2) liver,lung, supraclavicular lymph nodes,pelvic floor have metastasis or ovarian implant metastasis, Peritoneal dissemination; 3) having other digestive tract tumor history, including interstitialoma,sarcoid,lymphoma,carcinoid and so on; 4) having diseases of respiration, circulation, digestion, urinary tract etc.system ,and having high blood pressure with poor control, diabetes,mental disorders or disabled; 5) A large amount of ascites,cachexia; 6) have joined in other clinical trials within one months before hospitalization or are joining in; 7) Patients with poor compliance or consider the patients having poor compliance during the study.
