Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HIE patients: 1. within 7 days after CA/CPR; 2.aged 20-70 years; 3. man or woman healthy group: 1. healthy volunteers after check-up in medical center; 2. man or woman.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. These subject were free from infection, autoimmune diseases, cancer, brain trauma or cerebrovascular diseases; 2. These subject were free from corticosteroids and immunosuppressive drugs ues.
