18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. gene screening of mt.3243A>G mutation in our hospital; 2. aged between 18-75 years; 3. if patients are women of childbearing age, their urine pregnacy test should be negative; 4. patients sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. women in pregancy,baby nursing and plan to preganent during test period 2. patients are type 1,2 diabetes, gestational or other special type of diabetes 3. with obvious liver or kidney disease 4. with unstable or severe angina or cardiac functional insufficiency 5. with malignant tumour, tuberculosis etc, blood disease, psychosis, autoimmune disease, digestive absorption dysfunction, acute cerebrovascular disease in 6 months.
