Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to GINA diagnostic criterion two hundred adult subjects of bronchial asthma of 16~60 years old without the history of allergic diseases (including allergic rhinitis, food allergy, skin sensibility, etc.) were selected out by inflammatory phenotyping in sputum

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lying-in women are excluded, and participants diagnosted with infection, lung cancer and pulmonary fibrosis are also excluded
